The notification for Bharati Vidyapeeth BVDU Pune LLB Entrance Test 2016 for BA LLB (5 yr) has been announced. The candidates who will qualify the LLB Entrance Test 2016 shall be admitted to LLB 5-year Program at Bharati Vidyapeeth New Law College, Punein the order of merit secured by him, subject to intake capacity

LLB Entrance Test 2016 for admission to B.A. LL.B 5 Year Degree Courses (2016-17)



Seats Intake

  • B.A. LL.B (5 Year Course) - 180 Students [120 (Aided Section) + 60 (Unaided Section)]
The Maharashtra Govt. policy and guidelines for reservation are followed while allocating seats



Eligibility Criteria


Admission secured by the candidate shall remain provisional till he/she clears the eligibilty requirements prescribed by the University & Bar Council of India. In case of non-fulfillment of eligibility the provisional admission stands cancelled at any stage without prior notice to the candidate
  • Minimum marks in qualifying exam for admission: As prescribed by Bar Council of India, Rules of Legal Education 2008, the applicant shall have passed 10+2 or an examination recognized as equivalent there to and have obtained 45% of the total marks in case of general category and 40% of the total marks in case of SC & ST applicants




LLB Entrance Test 2016


Candidate who has qualified the LLB Entrance Test 2016 shall be admitted to LLB (5-year program) at Bharati Vidyapeeth New Law College, Pune in the order of merit secured by him, subject to intake capacity

Candidate shall secure minimum 50% marks (45% for SC/ST) in LLB Entrance Test 2016 to qualify the LLB Entrance Test

  • LL.B Entrance Test 2016 is scheduled on Sunday, 12th June 2016 from 11.00 am to 01.00 pm at the centres approved by the University in Pune, New Delhi, Navi Mumbai, Jodhpur, Indore & Allahabad



Syllabus for BVDU Pune LLB Entrance Test


LLB Entrance Test-2016 will be of 100 marks. The question paper will consist of 100 multiple-choice questions. There is no negative marking

  • There will be 25 questions on each of the following sections in the paper: a) English Grammar, Usage & Comprehension b) Legal aptitude, Analytical ability & Logical Reasoning c) Current Legal News & General Knowledge d) Social Sciences with an emphasis on Indian Constitution & Political System in India




How to Apply




  • The entrance examination fee is Rs.1000/-; fee can be paid in cash at the admission counter or through demand draft in favour of the Registrar, Bharati Vidyapeeth Deemed University, Pune, on any Nationalized Bank payable at Pune
  • Form, duly filled in, should be sent to "The Registrar - Bharati Vidyapeeth Deemed University, Bharati Vidyapeeth Bhavan, 2nd Floor, CET Department, Lal Bahadur Shastri Marg, Pune-411030"

  • Application Form Fee - Rs.200/- (by Post) - Rs.400/- [Non-refundable]
  • Entrance Fee Rs.1000/- (Cash /Demand Draft in favour of Registrar, Bharati Vidyapeeth Deemed University, Pune)
